The performance will be located on 'Cedar Lawn', at Rippon Lea House and Garden. Please enter via the main gate on Hotham St.
Accessible entrance through the main gate also.
HOW TO GET THERE
TRAM: Catch Tram Route 67 (to Carnegie) to stop number 42 – Tram Tracker ID 2042
BUS: The 216 or 219 Bus departs from Queen Street in the City on the southeast corner of Queen and Collins Streets. The journey takes 30 – 45 minutes. There is a stop directly outside Rippon Lea Estate. Ask the driver to set you down at the first stop after Glen Eira Road.
CAR: Parking is available locally should you wish to drive (Mel ref 67 F2) – please note that there is no onsite parking. Accessible parking available on streets outside the garden.
TRAIN: The property is a five-minute walk from Rippon Lea Station, on the Sandringham Line.
ARRIVAL
Box Office will be open 1-Hours prior to the event start time.
We recommend you arrive as soon as possible to allow time to be seated. The performance space is general admission and bookings will be seated on site in a first in best dressed manner.
We encourage patrons to thoroughly plan your visit before attending and leave ample time for transport, parking and locating the lawn. We will not refund, reissue or credit tickets for late arrivals.

FAQS AND WET WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, a performance will usually go ahead but may be postponed or cancelled if it is deemed unsafe for both performers and guests. In instances of light to moderate rain the show will go on.
If a performance is to be cancelled, patrons will be notified via a text message and an email. Earliest notification of a cancelled performance will be on-the-day of the show, 2-3 hours prior its start time. In some sudden and unpredicted circumstances, notification may be within an hour of the scheduled start time.
We ask for your patience and understanding in these circumstances while we do our best to make the right call during La Niña and will continue to do our best to give you as much warning as we can, while also avoiding cancellations where possible.

CAN'T ATTEND ANYMORE?
Ticket exchanges or account credits are sometimes necessary for our patrons due to weather, family illness, unexpected emergencies, COVID related situations or other. You can exchange tickets for another performance date, subject to availability (conditions apply).Ticket exchanges and credits can be easily requested online by filling out our Ticket Exchange Request Form
All ticket exchanges or requests for credit must be submitted no later than 1-Hour PRIOR to the start of your scheduled performance. Requests that arrive after this time will not be honoured.
ACCESSABILITY
Accessible parking and entrance to the Garden's are located in front of the Main Gate on Hotham St.
Accessible bathrooms located behind the mansion in the toilet block.
